 Our History
OSM Group, a foreign-owned private enterprise that consists of Dongguan OSM Technologies, Dongguan OSM Digital and Shenzhen OSM Health Technology, was first founded in 2002 with offices in Dongguan and Shenzhen. This Dongguan-based OSM Group now has 800-odd staff and the workshop covers an area of 30,000 square meters.
Our Factory
OSM was set up in LongHua District, Shenzhen in 2002. The factory locates in TangXia Town of DongGuan city, with a plant area of 30,000 square meters and a dormitory area of 6,000 sqm. The office of R&D center and business center is in Longhua District of Shenzhen.
The OSM tooling center is equipped with several Sodick wire-cut machines, 6 precision CNCs, tens of EDM machines. 40 experienced staff make over 60 units of plastic mould every month.
20 assembly lines are equipped in the plant of nearly 8,000 sqm., in which 350 workers can produce 600,000 units of related products in a month.
The storage capacity of OSM is even more strong. Nearly ten thousands of various materials are stored in the warehouse that is 6,000 sqm in area.
There're over 50 testings for tripods are in progress at OSM testing lab every day, including product electrical performance, functions, reliability, and environmental testings.
ERP management system is used to support production, delivery, cost, supply chain and other production management activities.
Relying on ISO9001 quality management system, IECQ QC080000 hazardous substance process management system and 3C product certification system, the quality of each product can be guaranteed.
OSM has introduced ISO 27001 Information security management system to ensure the information security of product R & D and manufacturing process, and strictly abide by ISO 14001 environmental management system to ensure the sustainable development of products and the company!
With a R&D team of nearly 50 professional engineers, the company has complete development system and ability of ID, MD, tooling, electronic development, graphic design and packaging of mobile phone peripheral and 3C digital products!
